Baz Porter is a British Army veteran, a two time international bestselling author, and the founder of Baz Porter LLC, where he works as The Prestige Architect™. He architects Sovereign Leadership™ for C suite leaders and founders, guiding them from Silent Collapse™ back to power without collapse through his RAMS™ method.

Origin
Baz Porter builds his work on lived ground, not theory. Every framework he uses was tested first on himself, then on the leaders he counsels. The method came out of his own rebuilds, in the open, not out of a classroom.
Service
He served in the British Army for six and a half years, from 1997 to 2004. That service set the standard of discipline and command that still runs through his method today.
