I hold six people at a time. That is the whole business. So this hour is not a screening round. It is either the work starting, or an honest read that this is not your moment. Both are real outcomes. Both are honoured.
You can arrive exactly as you are. You do not have to make a case for yourself. You do not have to reach for the polished version of the sentence.
If you have rewritten the same plan four times this year. If you have started five things and finished none of them. If somebody asked how you were this week and you said fine, and it was not true. Bring that. That is the conversation.

After You Book
What You Can Expect From Me.
- A Confirmation Lands Quickly Within minutes of choosing your time you will have the confirmation, the link, and the hour we share. That is the only admin you will get from me before we meet.
- I Read Your Answer First Before we speak I read what you wrote. Slowly. I make my own notes against it. Which means we do not spend the first twenty minutes on background. We start where you actually are.
- We Talk Honestly About where the business is. About what is working and what quietly is not. About the thing you have not said out loud to anybody. You will not be assessed. You will be heard. And you will hear yourself, probably for the first time in a long while.
- You Will Leave Knowing By the end of the hour you will know whether The Becoming™ is your next move. If it is, I say so, and the invitation is open. If it is not, I say that too, and I tell you what I would do standing where you are standing. Either way you leave holding something you did not walk in with.
