The Becoming Application — a private conversation with Baz Porter
A Private Conversation

You Don't Have To Perform Here.

Pick the hour. Arrive as you are. The rest, we will do together.

What This Actually Is

Just The Two Of Us.

No assistant. No sales team. No pitch.

When you book this call, you are not entering a funnel. You are not being added to a sequence. You are not going to be sold to by someone who is not me, and you are not going to be passed to a closer afterwards.

It is me. It is you. Fourty-five minutes. That is the entire architecture.

I work with very few people at any one time — which means the conversation you and I have is not a screening exercise. It is the work beginning, or the honest acknowledgement that this is not the right moment for the work to begin. Both are real outcomes. Both are honoured.

You can arrive exactly as you are. You do not need to make a case. You do not need to explain yourself in the polished language you have been using everywhere else. The version of you that performs in boardrooms is welcome here — and so is the version of you who is tired of performing.

That is the only thing you need to know about this call. The rest will take care of itself.

After You Book

What You Can Expect From Me.

i.

A Confirmation Lands Quickly

Within minutes of choosing your time, you will receive the confirmation with the call link and the time we have together. That is the only administration you will encounter from me before we meet.

ii.

I Will Be Ready When You Arrive

I do not over-prepare. I do not arrive with an agenda I am attempting to steer you through. I arrive present, in the room, with my full attention — which, in the years I have done this work, has turned out to be the rarest thing I can offer.

iii.

We Will Talk Honestly

About where you are. About what is working and what is quietly not working. About what brought you here. You will not be screened. You will not be evaluated. You will be heard — and you will hear yourself, often for the first time in a long time.

iv.

You Will Leave Knowing

If The Becoming™ is the right container for what you are carrying, the invitation is offered before we close. If it is not — too early, too late, the wrong layer — I will tell you, gently, and I will tell you what I would do if I were standing where you are standing. There is no follow-up sequence after. There is no pressure to come back. The conversation is the gift, even when it is the only thing we share.

You have spent enough of your life walking into rooms where you had to be someone first and yourself second. This is not one of those rooms.

I will see you in the conversation.
