This is not coaching. Coaching addresses behaviour. Therapy processes feeling. Counsel addresses architecture. The distinction matters because the failure you are inside is structural, not behavioural — and you have already exhausted what the behavioural and emotional layers can reach.

On whether you are the right fit.

You may apply and not be the right fit. The Diagnostic is the protection — for both of us. If the architecture is not aligned with what you are carrying, no invitation is extended. That is not a failure. That is the system working as designed.

On the absence of refunds.

There is no refund clause because there is no risk to reverse. The Diagnostic is the gate. If we are not the right architecture for what you are carrying, you do not enter. If we are, the work begins — and the work cannot be returned.

On the investment.

On the time commitment.

Approximately eight hours of direct counsel with me across the three months — six 60-minute sessions plus the three-hour Becoming Day. Add the written excavation before Session 1, integration time between sessions, and the Sovereign Path Report at close. Realistic weekly load: two to three hours including reflection. Designed to fit inside an executive's calendar — not compete with it.

On what happens if the Diagnostic surfaces a different door.

If The Becoming™ is not the right container for what you are carrying — too early, too late, the wrong layer — I will tell you, directly, on the Diagnostic call.
