1. Sender and Marketing SMS Program
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern marketing and promotional text messages sent by Baz Porter LLC in connection with the Baz Porter® brand, The Prestige Architect®, leadership content, reports, resources, books, podcasts, media, programs, events, private-work invitations, and related promotional communications.
This funnel is configured for a Marketing / Promotional messaging program.
2. How Marketing SMS Consent Is Collected
The designated SMS opt-in experience for this funnel is the LeadConnector chat widget on https://bazporter.com/home-page1.
Providing a mobile phone number by itself does not constitute SMS consent. You must affirmatively select the marketing consent option presented in the live widget. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
This funnel intentionally contains no separate lead-capture form, survey, calendar form, custom phone field, or additional SMS checkbox that would create a competing SMS consent flow.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Your Mobile Number
By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If ownership or authorization changes, please opt out and contact us so our records can be updated.
10. Sensitive Information
Do not send medical records, psychiatric information, Social Security numbers, passwords, full bank or investment account numbers, full payment-card details, or similarly sensitive information by general SMS, website chat, or email.

Marketing messages, website content, reports, programs, events, and other Baz Porter LLC communications are educational and informational in nature. 12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the messaging program for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful purposes. We may suspend or restrict messaging where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
