Early Life and Military Service
Porter was born and raised in Bedford, United Kingdom. He enlisted in the British Army, serving with distinction until his retirement in 2004.
Following his service, he relocated to Cyprus, initially working in water sports before becoming a popular DJ in Ayia Napa for nearly eight years. In 2010, he returned to the UK, where he grappled with undiagnosed mental health issues linked to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Following a difficult relationship, Porter experienced homelessness for approximately seven years before rebuilding his life working at Rathcote Gardens, which marked a turning point.

After his transformative experiences overcoming PTSD, homelessness, and addiction, Porter codified his insights into practical leadership frameworks.
